CVRRUSA was conceived in late 2004 with the vision of the future nationwide expansion in the attack on atherosclerotic disease.
At that time the Internet technology was not sufficient to accomplish its goals in an inexpensive manner. Over the last six years the technology has improved significantly and in addition the insurance companies with their increases in premiums, co-pays and deductibles are making primary prevention a more attractive alternative.
It is expected that within the next 20 years, the utilization of interventions and bypass surgery will yield to a more effective, humane, noninvasive and much less expensive approach of Cardiovascular Risk Reduction USA.
